Simon Henderson
Simon Henderson
Managing Director

Simon joined Grant Elevators in 2003 and worked under his grandfather, John Grant, who founded the company. Since becoming Managing Director in 2005, he has built secure relationships with key European suppliers and expanded the firm to a national presence. Under Simon’s direction, the company has gained a larger share of both residential and commercial markets. Simon has a Bachelor of Commerce and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Paul Henderson

Director

Paul has over 20 years’ experience in the elevator industry. He is an Australian Chartered Accountant and is a member of the Standards Australia Committee for Lifts, Escalators and Moving Walks. Paul has particular expertise in commercial and heavy-duty lift installations including high-rise buildings, hospitals and shopping centres. Some of which include Woodside Plaza, Crown Hotel Melbourne, Sydney Opera House, Royal Prince Albert Hospital, Chadstone Shopping Centre, Queen Victoria Shopping Centre, Perth Convention Centre and Morley Galleria.

John Farrow
John Farrow
Sales Manager

John joined the company in 2008. He has more than 40 years industry experience, a wide range of skills and strong relationships with Australia’s Tier 1 Construction Companies. John has successfully negotiated many major contracts in Perth well in excess of $100 million. He oversees project planning and the preparation of tenders and estimates, and liaises daily with contractors and clients to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Peter Williamson
Peter Williamson
Technical Manager

Peter has been in the lift industry for 35 years, he manages our installation, maintenance and repair work, and is responsible for safety and compliance tests. His knowledge and skill are the result of many years site managing installations in Perth on high-rise buildings, universities, hospitals, infrasructure projects and hotels. Peter has held management positions at Otis and owned a successful elevator services business Elevator Solutions, which has since been aquired by Grant Elevators.

Sascha de Lacy-Koenig
Sascha de Lacy-Koenig
Project Manager

Sascha joined the company in 2013. He has a legal background and has practised in commercial and insurance law. This experience has proven valuable in ensuring the integrity and proper management of our commercial contracts. Sascha is also a key member of the company’s sales and marketing team who is highly committed to client satisfaction and has driven increased sales in our expanding market. He has a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Australia and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice.

Design Manager

Demi has worked in the lift industry since 1982 and has been with the company for over 36 years.
