Hyatt Regency Perth hotel now has a new, custom-built goods lift from Grant Elevators operating between their kitchen and restaurant.

The hotel needed to find an elevator company that could design, supply and install a new lift for the existing shaft and pit. The negligible pit depth and a requirement for an extremely smooth ride presented some unusual engineering challenges.
